John Aaron Jovaag is an Accounting Systems Analyst with A. Duda & Sons, Inc. in the Finance & Accounting Systems Department, serving as intermediary between the developers of the ERP accounting software and the end users. John Aaron has been instrumental in the department’s testing and implementation of solutions to end users throughout the company. John Aaron has worked directly with managers from many locations, from Accounts Payable and Receivable managers in the Oviedo, FL headquarters to controllers of Duda’s vegetable operations in Salinas, CA. Currently, he is working with operations and accounting managers in Duda’s Belle Glade, FL location to create and distribute budgeting analysis reports that provide deeper insight into monthly operating costs. As a 5th Generation Duda family member, John Aaron served on the Duda Family Council for four years. From 2017-2019, he served as chair of the Family Employment Committee, where he and his committee members revised and expanded Duda’s Family Employment Policy. In 2015, John Aaron graduated from Tulane University with a BFA Degree in Piano Performance and a BSM Degree in Finance. In 2019, John Aaron received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida.
