Aaron Blazar is a Principal at Freedom 3 Capital and has over ten years of experience advising investors, owners and operators on strategy as well as conducting due diligence on operations of middle market companies within the telecom and technology space. He has deep experience in investment thesis development and target identification, transaction analytics including company and industry due diligence, and portfolio company growth strategy development and execution. Mr. Blazar has driven diligence efforts on over $3 billion in debt and equity investments over the last four years across 15+ companies. Previously Mr. Blazar was Senior Partner at Atlantic-ACM, a Boston-based telecom and technology focused strategy firm, where he led the firm’s investor advisory and corporate strategy practice. He founded the firm’s investor advisory practice and supported a broad base of debt and equity investors in the evaluation of transactions and development of value creation strategies. Mr. Blazar advised clients on issues related to M&A target identification, acquisition due diligence and growth strategy, among other advisory services. Mr. Blazar received his B.A. in economics from Colby College.
